Mektep giri\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerindeki kitabeye g\u00f6re, Hac\u0131 Ali Bin Sultan Hoca taraf\u0131ndan H.903 (M.1497) y\u0131l\u0131nda in\u015fa ettirilmi\u015ftir. 1640 y\u0131l\u0131nda Boyac\u0131 Hasan A\u011fa taraf\u0131ndan tamir ettirilen yap\u0131, bu tarihten sonra bu isimle an\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0E\u011fimli bir alanda kurulmu\u015f olan cami, bir platform \u00fczerinde yer almaktad\u0131r. Kare planl\u0131, tek kubbeli yap\u0131n\u0131n orijinalinde kuzeyinde \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc son cemaat yeri bulunmaktayken g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze ula\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn kuzey cephede, son cemaat yeri i\u015flevi g\u00f6ren, sonradan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f orijinal olmayan bir mekan bulunmaktad\u0131r. Tromp ge\u00e7i\u015fli kubbe, d\u0131\u015ftan alaturka kiremitle \u00f6rt\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yap\u0131 do\u011fu ve bat\u0131 cephelerde altta iki, \u00fcstte tek pencereyle, g\u00fcney cephede biri mirab\u0131n \u00fczerinde, di\u011feri mihrab\u0131n sa\u011f\u0131nda yer alan pencerelerle ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Caminin kuzeydo\u011fu k\u00f6\u015fesindeki kare kaideli, silindirik g\u00f6vdeli, tek \u015ferefeli minaresi yap\u0131n\u0131n beden duvarlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde yer almaktad\u0131r.\u00a0Yap\u0131n\u0131n beden duvarlar\u0131 tu\u011fla ve moloz ta\u015f alma\u015f\u0131k teknikle in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir. Kubbe ve tromplarla minarede tu\u011fla malzeme kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Beden duvarlar\u0131 ve kubbe kasna\u011f\u0131 testere di\u015fi sa\u00e7ak friziyle sonlanmaktad\u0131r. Harimde kubbenin ortas\u0131nda yer alan sark\u0131tl\u0131 ah\u015fap g\u00f6bek kalemi\u015fi s\u00fcslemelerle bezenmi\u015ftir.\u00a0Caminin g\u00fcney duvar\u0131na biti\u015fik olarak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f mektep, kare planl\u0131, tromp ge\u00e7i\u015fli kubbeyle \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc bir mekan ve \u00f6n\u00fcnde iki b\u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc revakl\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Revaklar\u0131n \u00fczeri pandantif ge\u00e7i\u015fli iki kubbeyele \u00f6rt\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. yenidir.Giri\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131 tipik Osmanl\u0131 devrine \u00f6zg\u00fc olup,bas\u0131k kemerlidir\u00a0Son cemaat yerinin kubbeleri y\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f,ek in\u015faat olarak yeniden
