Caminin ta\u00e7kap\u0131s\u0131nda yer alan Sel\u00e7uklu d\u00f6nemi kitabesine g\u00f6re G\u0131yaseddin Keyh\u00fcsrev zaman\u0131nda, Mehmet Zaluli isimli bir ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan H.665(M.1267) tarihinde in\u015fa ettirilmi\u015ftir. Nasuh Pa\u015fa Cami ad\u0131n\u0131, H.1000(M.1591) y\u0131l\u0131nda ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi tamir sonucunda alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fclen yap\u0131; ta\u00e7kap\u0131n\u0131n mihrabiye ni\u015flerine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f kitabelere g\u00f6re, d\u00f6nemin kaymakam\u0131 ile y\u00f6renin ileri gelenlerinden S\u00fcleyman Necmi Bey&#8217;in giri\u015fimleriyle H.1320(M.1904) y\u0131l\u0131nda eski yap\u0131 geni\u015fletilerek yenilenmi\u015ftir. Kuzey-g\u00fcney do\u011frultusunda dikd\u00f6rtgen planl\u0131 harimin kuzey cephesinde \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc, kubbeyle \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc son cemaat yeri yer al\u0131r. Hemen giri\u015fte son cemaat yeriyle ayn\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeye sahip mekan, yap\u0131y\u0131 geni\u015fletirken ilave edilmi\u015ftir. Ortadaki kubbesi daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fc\u00e7 kubbeyle \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc bu mekan, harimi kareye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmektedir. Bu kare b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00fczeri tromp ge\u00e7i\u015fli sekizgen kasnakl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kubbeyle \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fcd\u00fcr. Kubbe kasna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evresinde birer k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kubbeyle \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc sekizgen a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kuleleri dikkati \u00e7eker. Harime kuzeydeki ta\u00e7kap\u0131yla do\u011fu ve bat\u0131 cephelerdeki kap\u0131lardan giri\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Harimi, cephelerde \u00e7ift s\u0131ra halinde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f pencereler ve kubbe kasna\u011f\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencereler ayd\u0131nlatmaktad\u0131r. Kuzeybat\u0131 k\u00f6\u015fede beden duvarlar\u0131 \u00fczerine oturtulmu\u015f so\u011fan bi\u00e7imli pabu\u00e7luklu, silindirik g\u00f6vdeli, tek \u015ferefeli ve so\u011fan kubbeli minare yer al\u0131r. Kesme ta\u015f malzemeyle in\u015fa edilmi\u015f caminin son cemaat yeri kuzey cephesinde ve portalde iki renkli ta\u015f kullan\u0131m\u0131yla s\u00fcslemeler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Caminin sade bir bezemeye sahip mihrab\u0131 ta\u015ftan, kabaralarla bezeli minberi ise mermerdendir.
